 * Happy to address this Form Grid display type issue you mentioned! This is definitely
   not the expected behavior.
 * I tested this in a local environment and was able to replicate it. I am elevating
   this to our senior support tech and I will get back to you with a solution!

 * I would be happy to clarify this for you!
 * When you are in the form editor screen, for the DONATION OPTION select SET DONATION.
   Next, select ENABLED for the CUSTOM AMOUNT option and then type in the CUSTOM
   TEXT that will appear below the amount field.
 * This will allow the donors to type in the amount they want to donate and there
   will be no other amount options.
