 * Thank you, thats clear.
    Is there a way to modify the template? We mostly don’t
   use the first name. And it seem not possible to find all the words for translation
   using loco. Is there another way to translate the text of the mail? kind regards

 * Hi , I think I resolved it . There were 2 language files: one in the system section
   and one author. I removed the system one
