 * Your responsive is not set properly. Your product image switches between small
   and big sizes on responsive. You have to define the size of the images for the
   mobile version of your website.

 * Ok I can see that it is. On mobile I can view the images. Are you still having
   an issue on your side?

 * Do you have access to your files through ftp user? From there you have to locate
   a language pack for your website it is either a .pot or .po file which you then
   have to edit and correct or add any language changes save it and overwrite the
   exisitng files.
