 * No, I never heard back…But the problem sort of corrected itself with subsequent
   updates…the style drop down in the editor still doesn’t fly out (down arrow) 
   But if you just click the anyfont style icon immediately to the left of the arrow
   in the editor (rather than the arrow for the pull down the menu) the list will
   show up in graybox popup. Sorry that is not what you want to hear but I am at
   least working again…upgrade WordPress and all active plugins and I bet you will
   get this far…. P.S. it seems to be really sensitive to other MCE Editor enhancement
   plugins so disable any of those too.
