    I couldn’t figure out a hook so I just added a bit of code to the 
   core:
 * ‘select’ => true,

   but I’m pretty sure that quite a few people will neglect to check the box.
 * How would I set the default of the Monthly Donation to be on?

   the $10, $25 or $50 option.
