This issue did not show up in the sandbox, which leads me to believe the issue lies with something on our end – not the plug-in per se. * Do you have any recommendation on how we can find what’s causing the plug in to not behave properly on our site? We do not have an AST customiser – or at least I don’t now how to access it. The screenshot I sent you before are from another plug in we use to custom all our emails. * Do I need to use another specific plug in for shipping emails? We have AST plug in. We believe new updates have been released and this has not been addressed. Your plug-in conflict is limiting the information we can send to clients at time of dispatch.
