They emailed back and they did that. * However, as soon as we upload it again, the server deletes the file. A re-install has brought it back to life! Checked Tainacan System Check, only issues are: * (Yellow) PHP Modules The optional module imagick is not installed, or has been disabled. This is used, among other things, to automatically extract the first page of PDFs to use as a thumbnail. * (Yellow) PHP Maximum execution time Your current configuration is 30 seconds. This is fine, but you should consider increase it to at least 240 seconds if possible Some Tainacan features, such as import processes, may need a little extra time to run. It is a good idea to set the PHP maximum execution time to a bigger value than the default, although this is not mandatory. If you see a“ Maximum execution time of XX seconds exceeded” in any error log, then you shoud definitely do it. * 3.
