 * Thanks for all of your help, it is appreciated. I was able to resolve the problem.
   It was related to the “border-top” of the tabs, I removed that border and the
   problem resolved.

 * Man, I really appreciate everything you are helping me with, this stuff is pretty
   new to me.
 * I feel kind of foolish, but of the recommendations that the validator recommends,
   I do not know which file they are looking at. I cannot figure out which page 
   I need to make those changes on, do you know where the changes need to be made?

 * Oh boy, I think this is gonna be one of those problems. The z-index does not 
   seem to help the problem.
