 * Hi All and Michael,
    For me, it is because the Spout package uses sys_get_temp_dir()
   to get the temp directory for output. That may not work in shared environments
   or some virtual hosts that use open_basedir restrictions. For me, /tmp is the
   default system temporary folder, but it is beneath the open_basedir restriction.
