So we have given 2 options one for Gravatars and the other for fonts, we have enabled Minified and Preload by default; Preload will happen if the Preload setting is enabled. If you have we would suggest revert them all, and see if that fixes the issue of old images showing up. We looked at your site and it seems like there is another cache which is enabled by NewFold, would you please disable that as well and see if that fixes the issue you are facing as we can see the images are being served through the CDN of WordPress and there is a comment which says that the page is cached by NewFold.
