 * Thank you for your help, we have disabled the reCAPTCHA plugin now to see if 
   this resolves the issue, I will get in touch if the error occurs again with it
   disabled.

 * Hello, thank you for your response, sorry for the delay
 * To answer your questions the best I can:
    1. It appears to be the card payment option, but we don’t have a very large sample
       size for this error
    2. We have only received one customers feedback on a failed order where they stated‘
       ReCAPTCHA verification kept timing out in less than a minute’
    3. From what we can determine, we have had 2 customers orders fail recently, one
       from the Falkland Islands and another from Sweden.

 * There was no fatal error log on that day the issue occurred after the failed 
   order time. So i don’t think I can provide this log right now.

 * No, Only use the woo commerce emails, do I need to add some code to the .php 
   file on the email?
