I created a an audio download product with a preview audio player, description pic, Payhip buy button etc and grouped them into a pattern. Audio players now working as before! That’s great thanks for your help. Meant to ask do you do any work with companies like mine looking to improve the way we offer music downloads? I’m looking to improve the search facility and the way the list of music is presented. I wonder if the preview player actually shows unless you are logged in to the site so it may not be showing for non logged in users – but the problem does exist and is a strange one. As with the WP audio player it works fine when you just ‘view’ the download product but as soon as you try and display the download product in a page or post it fails. I tried as suggested disabling the plugins – still won’t work and then tired with the 2023 theme but still won’t play.
