Each zone still had North America and United States assigned, which was acting as ‘catch all’, even though those states weren’t assigned. GA4 tag broke and caught it 48 hours later. Rolled back to the pluigin to 1.8.14 and it works again. I see they just launched the 2.0.1 update to address all this.
