If i turn off rename login page URL it works, with it on it doesn’t. (this has worked fine for years) 2. Then there seems to be a new conflict with Ultimate Membership Pro, which didn’t exist before your updates. If I have your plugin enabled (with or without rename login page URL enabled) adn try login though its login page, it doesn’t work.
