 * Thanks for a great plugin. Wouldn’t however call this issue resolved just yet.
   Same thing happened to me. Installed the plugin. No “Lost Password” link. Did
   as suggested. Checked this setting, saved, then unchecked. Now the link appears.
   But please keep in mind that when you first install this plugin, the link is 
   missing although the box is unchecked. Cheers!
