 * I cannot find where to edit my question but I have noticed that it works when
   the order sum is above 1000. I have set up minimun of 300 for SE and 1000 for
   others. however this should not be affecting each other. It did not do that before.
   Than I would see the other shipping whenever order under 5000 and then free from
   5000. So still not sure what is wrong now since no chanes have been made to settings.
