 * I also have the same issue
    I’m on a MAC. I have tried it on Safara and Chrome.
   WP 3.4, Gravity Forms Version 1.6.1, GF SF Add-on Version 1.1.3. I have also
   tried it on my VMWARE Windows Explorer and it has the same issue. The Advanced
   Tab does not show the SF option however in the Salesforce settings I can put
   in the Saleforce ID and it ticks it.
 * Please could we have a resolution. I really need this functionality and I don’t
   want to build it from scratch if it can be helped. If anyone knows any other
   plugin that can do the same thing (I’ve tried WordPress-to-Lead and it has no
   drop-down menus) please mention it. These are the solutions that I have come
   up with:

 * Hello NeoSwf
 * Would you be able to give me an idea how you created the form manually? I really
   need to do this myself – I need to restrict the answers to Yes or No responses.
 * Thanks
 * Soffx
