 * Thank you for sharing your feedback, but it seems there must be some confusion.
WPCode works without any restrictions for WooCommerce users, and we have tens
of thousands of users using it. We have one of the most full-featured options
in our free version compared to any other competitor.
   The only thing that we’re
charging for is the convenience of specific conditional logic triggers for WooCommerce
via an easy UI. But you can always use the exact conditional logic code in the
snippet area yourself, and it will work just fine. And a lot of advanced users
   do that.

 * Hey Mircea, you can easily switch to the Simple Mode option under Settings to
disable all the powerful code snippet features and revert back to the Header
   and Footer mode.
 * We added that option to ensure that the plugin can serve all use-cases 🙂

 * Hi [@novoleg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/novoleg/)
 * Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In our plugin, we use a dependency
library (sweetalert2) for creating responsive and accessible (WAI-ARIA) modals,
and we updated that library to the latest version.
 * We did not realize that the author of that library had added political messages
because it only shows when the browser language is set to Russian and tld is .
   ru, .su, and .рф.
 * We have released an updated version (2.0.4.2) of our plugin to revert to an older
version of that library which does not have the message, and we will be working
on eliminating this dependency library entirely in the future.
 * I personally want to apologize to you for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We believe in the open web and we just want to create good tools that help small
businesses around the world improve their digital presence.

 * These are all great ideas – I’m adding this to our feature list.
 * We do have plans for Cloud Snippets, so that should be coming in the coming months.

 * Thank you for making that suggestion. You can currently add CSS snippet using
the Universal Snippet option and wrapping it with css tag.
 * We can add a CSS option in the future updates 🙂

 * Thank you for the suggestion. We specifically made sure that our menu label is
   different than other snippet plugins.
 * For example, the one that you’re referencing to — their menu label is “Snippets”
and they have a scissor icon.
 * Our label is Code Snippets with WPCode icon.
 * Most users will not have two plugins that do the same thing. We have a built-
in way to import snippets from other snippet plugins to make it easy 🙂

 * Thank you for your feedback. It’s unfortunate that you’re unhappy with the additional
features which are all free. We made the plugin at least 100x more powerful with
conditional logic, more granular control, snippet library, code generators, etc.
 * The plugin file size alone is not a good indicator of weight because the front-
end output remains the same, and you have full control over it. The plugin’s
   frontend footprint is very light-weight.
 * We even added the option to keep the Simple Mode for those who don’t want the
   additional functionality in the dashboard.
 * As the creator of this plugin, we wanted to balance user requests for new features
while maintaining the simplicity of design.
 * I hope you give the new features and honest chance to see the value that we have
   added.

 * Thank you Charles. I personally wanted to make sure that the simple mode existed
because I know a lot of users like myself only use the plugin for inserting Global
   Header and Footer scripts.
 * But we also wanted to help users who were requesting the full feature code snippet
solution with conditional logic and more.
 * I’m really proud of this release and I appreciate your continued support 🙂

 * It’s important I emphasize that for someone to add scripts via this plugin, it
requires them to have Admin access to WordPress.
 * If a hacker has already obtained admin access to your site, then no other security
   measure matters.
 * Similar to if a hacker gained access to your Google Tag Manager account.
 * This plugin is no different than using Google Tag Manager except it’s a lot more
   beginner friendly.

 * [@shehryaraziz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shehryaraziz/) thank you
for taking the time to write a review.
 * Our new update was done with the best of intentions.
 * We had to make several hard decisions in the process, but I know they are the
right decisions to ensure a sustainable future for the plugin.
 * I wrote a [detailed blog post here](https://www.exactmetrics.com/why-did-we-implement-the-new-google-analytics-authentication-flow-challenges-explained/)
   discussing our challenges.
 * Even if we didn’t add a premium version, the old plugin dashboard had to be restricted
and certain data points had to be removed because we were simply running out
of API quota every day which was breaking the dashboard for many users.
 * We added a modestly priced premium version, so those who want to keep the heavy
API quota items like real-time reports, detailed dashboard etc, can pay to upgrade.
We also added additional advanced reports like Search Console report etc that
didn’t exist previously to make it more enticing for users to support us.
 * Since the inception of this plugin, it has been 100% free. We relied entirely
on the donation model which simply isn’t scalable as we have full-time team members
   working on the product.
 * Our hope is that the introduction of a modestly priced premium plugin will allow
us to continue the work that we do on the free plugin to helps over a million
website owners see the stats that matter.
 * We appreciate your support through this process. If you have any feedback on
how we can make the plugin better, please let us know using our support form
   on the website 🙂

 * In the ExactMetrics rewrite process, we had to make several hard decisions, but

 * [@jorge89](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jorge89/) thank you for taking
the time to write a review.
 * In the process of ExactMetrics rewrite, we had to make several hard decisions,
but we made them with a lot of thought and consideration to ensure the best future
   for the plugin.
 * Our plugin like every other Google Analytics plugin relies entirely on the Google
Analytics API, and each app developer has a restricted quota limit per day.
 * While this API limit can be raised upon request to Google, the process has gotten
harder given the size and growth of ExactMetrics over the years.
 * This puts both you (users) and us (developers) in a tough spot because when more
users login to their WordPress dashboard every day, then towards the end of the
day users start seeing API limit exceeded errors instead of the analytics reports.
 * So we had to introduce a [new authentication flow](https://www.exactmetrics.com/why-did-we-implement-the-new-google-analytics-authentication-flow-challenges-explained/)
in version 6.0 that solves this problem.
 * We reduced the dashboard widget to only show the most important metrics while
other items like new vs. returning visitors chart, device breakdown report, top
countries report, top referral sources report, and top posts / pages report were
moved to the Overview Reports screen which is available to all users in our free
   plugin.
 * I truly appreciate your patience and support in this process.

in 6.0 that attempts to solve this issue.
 * As part of that, we have removed some stats from the dashboard widget and instead
moved them to a dedicated Overview reports page.
 * This will help us save API quota on our Google Analytics app, so we can continue
to show the most important data on dashboard when you login, and you can see
other important reports with just 1-click inside your WP dashboard.
