 * Thanks, and sorry if i duplicated the post, as I created that support thread!
   They started to respond but have now stopped. Hopefully they will reply again
   soon as I am now stumped. Brought a plugin that is not working… 🙁

 * Hi,
 * Just wondering, our site has WP v4.3.1. Is this why our password reset email 
   has no link on anymore? I’m sure it did once have so guessing that the update
   might have screwed it? Is our plugin now out of date?

 * How do I know if it’s using custom email module?
 * Is there anything in the CMS that i can change? Or has it got to be done via 
   code?
