turning “Malicious File Upload (PHP)“ off is the solution. WPLR-sync is now working again without whitelisting the source ip.
I could see the incoming traffic within the Live Log. But there was no block or reason in one of the entries. The detailed entries only offered “Block IP”, “Run WEhois” and “See recent traffic”.
