 * Yes, Smart Support is compatible with WPML, so you can use WPML to translate 
   labels, messages, and other user-facing strings displayed by the plugin.
 * In addition, Smart Support automatically uses your site’s WordPress language 
   setting and will display its built-in texts in the selected WordPress language
   whenever a translation is available.
 * To change your WordPress site language:
 * **WordPress Admin → Settings → General → Site Language**
 * Simply select your preferred language from the dropdown menu and save the changes.
   Smart Support will then automatically switch to that language.
 * If you need help translating specific custom labels or strings with WPML, please
