For security and technical reasons, our plugin won’t work in case of lazy-loaded images or cached websites. * Usually, before leaving a bad review, it’s always good to first ask for help in the related WordPress support section. Could you please let us now your operating system? Does the problem persist even after refreshing the page? Are you using any VPN or proxy? * Regarding the second question, we started testing the SmartFrame plugin with the Flatsome Theme and its own builder.
