 * Looks like every new post has “Activate ratings” pre-checked. When people were
   adding posts, those were published with ratings.
 * However, this raises another question. Is there a way to set the default to unchecked?
   That way, if a post is made, I won’t have to go back behind the author and uncheck
   the rating.
