All in SEO plugin support is not implemented and it is planned for next version.
This is clearly csv format issue. Use openoffice or google docs to save it as UTF-8 format. Thanks

You’ll need to have the PDO:
Install PDO support.
Enable PDO in your PHP configuration. This can be done by adding the following:
extension=pdo.so
extension=pdo_mysql.soto your php.ini file.
