I have never once needed to access the product to edit based on an order related email. If anything, accessing the actual order (though not possible in the case of the quote to email free version anyway) would be way more helpful and appropriate. * 2. Once a customer is added as a CC (per your available settings), they should not get an admin linked edit product in their email.
