 * Hello 14nc310t,
 * Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
 * We understand how important it is for our plugin to correctly handle currency
   formats.
 * From your description, it seems like there might be a misinterpretation of the
   decimal and thousands separators within the plugin.
 * We appreciate your detailed explanation, as it helps us identify and resolve
   the issue more efficiently. Please be assured that our team is looking into this
   matter with high priority.
 * In the meantime, if possible, you might want to temporarily use a period (.)
   as the decimal separator and a comma (,) as the thousands separator, as this
   format seems to be working correctly.
 * We value your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this. We will
   keep you updated on our progress and notify you once a fix is implemented.
 * Thanks.

 * Hello shmell77,
 * Editing the serial number section is an advanced feature of our plugin.
 * As you referred you only need to show serial codes without showing other key
   properties or parameters, you can easily do that but our free version of the
   plugin does not allow it.
 * Please reach pluginever.com for your query. We do have live chat facilities to
   talk about your concerns in a more convenient way.
 * Thanks.

 * Hello shmell77,
 * Let me tell you a quick demonstration of how WC Serial Numbers send serial numbers
   to customers.
 * **Order Confirmation/Thank You Page**: Once the purchase is done and the order
   status is completed, the serial number can also be displayed on the order confirmation
   page/thank you page.
 * **Order Confirmation Email**: Once the purchase is done and the order status
   is completed, an order confirmation email is sent to the customer with the serial
   number included.
 * **Customer Account**: Once the purchase is done and the order status is completed,
   your customers can access the serial number on their order details section from
   their account dashboard on your Woo store.
 * I hope this answers your query.
 * If you have any more queries, please visit pluginever.com to learn more.
 * Thanks.

 * Hello,
 * Since WC Serial Numbers is now on the latest version 1.6.6, using the older version
   1.4.5 with the pro version of the plugin won’t be compatible and will not work
   properly.
 * Besides, we won’t recommend using the outdated v1.4.5 cause there will be a risk
   of security vulnerabilities, and compatibility issues. Moreover, you’ll be missing
   out on features most likely.
 * If you plan on using an outdated version of our plugin, then you may not receive
   support from us in future. Also using an older version of our plugin could leave
   your WooCommerce store vulnerable to emerging threats or incompatibilities.
 * I would suggest you to update our plugin to the latest version first.
 * If you have any more queries regarding our Pro plugin, please visit pluginever.
   com for more relevant information. You may also contact us via [support@pluginever.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sljwp/replies/support@pluginever.com?output_format=md)

 * Thanks.

 * Hello shmell77,
 * If i’m not wrong, it sounds like you are facing an issue where the serial numbers
   are not being included in the order confirmation emails sent to customers.
 * We have already tested WC Serial Numbers latest version 1.6.6 and found no issue
   from our end. So I might need to check out a few things so that you don’t miss
   out on anything.
 * Please make sure you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce, WC Serial Numbers
   and your WordPress Theme. Sometimes issues like this are resolved in updates.
 * Also, please review your email logs, and check them to see if the emails with
   serial numbers are being generated or not.
 * If the issue still persists, please submit a support ticket at [support@pluginever.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sljwp/replies/support@pluginever.com?output_format=md)
   preferably with relative screenshots and solid brief of the issue.
 * Hopefully we can sort this out for you.
 * Thanks.

 * Hello Mandy,
 * Since the feature is currently not available in the plugin and none of the above
   solutions worked for you, I would suggest and recommend you wait till the feature
   is live from WC Min Max Quantities.
 * Hopefully this feature will get live soon within one of the next updates.
 * Thanks.

 * I understand that the problem is with the order status not being set to “completed”
   after payment, and the product key not being displayed to the client.
   As you
   mentioned, you are currently using plugin version 1.4.5 because the newer versions
   do not work correctly.It’s important to note that updates are often released
   to address bugs and improve functionality, so it’s recommended to use the latest
   version of the plugin whenever possible.
 * However, since you are the first person to encounter this issue and we are unable
   to replicate it from our end, it may be helpful to gather more information to
   determine the root cause from your end.
   Here are a few steps you can take to
   troubleshoot the problem:**Verify Payment Integration**: Ensure that the payment
   gateway integration is properly configured and functioning correctly. Double-
   check the API keys or credentials associated with the payment gateway.
 * **Check Plugin Settings**: Review the plugin settings and ensure that the “Automatically
   completes orders after successful payments” checkbox is enabled. If it has already
   been enabled and the issue persists, try disabling and re-enabling it to see
   if that resolves the problem.
   **Debug Mode**: Enable the debug mode in the plugin
   settings if available. This will provide additional error information and help
   identify where the issue is occurring. Check the debug logs for any relevant
   error messages.**Theme and Plugin Compatibility**: Test if the issue persists
   when using a default theme or disabling other plugins. Conflicts with themes
   or conflicting plugins could be causing the problem.**Log Files**: Check the
   server logs and error logs for any related errors or warnings.
 * If after following these steps, the issue persists, please reach us again in
   our dedicated support with any error messages or relevant log files or screenshots
   that might be helpful to further investigate the problem.
   This will assist us
   in resolving the issue promptly with your help.
 * Thank you for your patience, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving
   this issue and ensuring that your customers can receive their product keys after
   payment.
