 * Still eager for a response on this, so that ConvertKit works with themes like
   Divi. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!

 * At the very least, I’d like my form to appear once higher up on the page.
 * Where I put the [convertkit] shortcode, nothing appears (and the shortcode text
   disappears). The form appears at the bottom.
 * I believe the code “finds” my footer before it finds the shortcode in the (Divi
   theme) header.
 * Ideally I’d like it to appear in both places.
 * If it can only appear in one place, perhaps there can be a way to “force” it
   to appear at the shortcode location, such as a “don’t show this in the footer”
   option. Or something. 🙂
 * Thanks!
