 * Thank you very much. This fixed the error perfectly! I edited the 2 lines of 
   code you show and it now works perfectly.

 * Same here, running multisite 3.9 and admin is not receiving any email notifications.
   The new user receives one, then can login, then gets taken to the dashboard. 
   This doesn’t seem right. Why the dashboard? How can I change this? Also, they
   are approved right away and no admin gets to approve them first. Something not
   working right.

 * Hello, I’m having the same issue with the error message that says insufficient
   permissions to access this page. This happened immediately after installing the
   plugin so I was unable to proceed any further. I am the super-admin also. I’m
   using Multisite version. Thank you for helping.

 * Hi. I checked the file single.php via FTP and noticed the file size was 0. Somehow,
   it was not uploaded or installed correctly. I reuploaded the file and all is 
   well, it’s working correctly.
 * Maoski, thank you for taking the time to help out. I appreciate it. I’m glad 
   I didn’t have to change the permalinks but I can see the logic of it. Thanks 
   again.
