 * I also have the same problem.
 * I attempted to give the xml file 0664 and 0666 just to test and still get the
   error.

   that the ability to “Calculate Shipping” does work on the shipping page. You 
   may want to check the WooCommerce shipping settings under WooCommerce->Shipping-
   >Shipping options to ensure that the option “Enable the shipping calculator on
   the cart page” is enabled. You also need to make sure you have at least one shipping
   option enabled in WooCommerce. If you need further assistance please contact

 * I’ve disabled all plugins on our site and still receiving this error. Version
   1.10.15 of the Photo Gallery by Supsystic. Exact errors I’m getting:
 * Overriding function “getProUrl” that is already registered is deprecated since
   version 1.30 and won’t be possible anymore in 2.0.
    wp-content/plugins/gallery-
   by-supsystic/vendor/Twig/Extension/Staging.php
 * Overriding function “translate” that is already registered is deprecated since
   version 1.30 and won’t be possible anymore in 2.0.
