 * Figured it out. The tools were not appearing above the selected block until I
   turned off Top Toolbar (see screenshot). I never reset that element, so one of

 * I should have been more clear. That screen shot was taken after clicking in to
   a block. They do no appear under any circumstance.

 * The only extension I use with Safari is Bitwarden. Turning it off did not fix

 * Coincidentally, this also happened with the link tool in TinyLetter which I use
   for my newsletter. I have to edit links manually. So it feels like a Safari issue.

 * Thank you Steven. That should have been obvious to me. Disabled the old plugin
   and added a supported one that works perfectly.

 * Niall – Thank you for your quick reply. I added the suggested code but the Register
   link still appears as before. Do I need additional arguments for my site? (The
   computer was restarted, caches dumped.)
