 * It actually does help – I was worried something may be wrong with the integration
   or we missed a setting, but I get it.
 * I’ll just have to clean up the spreadsheet and expect that response or make more
   of the questions mandatory forcing a selection.
 * Appreciate the help. I LOVE the interface, so much cleaner keeping the registration
   on the page as opposed to pushing them to another link. Our sign-ups have increased,
   we always seemed to have drop offs after the page visit.
 * Thanks again,
    Michael

 * Hey Northern,
 * Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll try clearing the cache. Wish I could share a
   screen shot to better explain.
 * When someone registers on the website that has the form of the Webinar and leaves
   one of the questions ( that has multiple choice answers ) blank, the GoToWebinar
   registration spreadsheet shows ALL the multiple choice answers as if that was
   what the person selected on the form.
 * For those that picked one of the choices, the choice is passed along just fine.
   My thought was in making all the questions required then they can’t skip a question
   and force an answer to clean up the form.
 * Hope that makes sense. In the mean time I will see what the clear cache provides.
   I noticed on the notes it could take 24 hours for the cleared cache to work.
   I can see this being the issue as the last webinar we did with this API integration
   worked just fine.
 * Thanks again,
    Michael

 * Hey Nick – crazy right? [http://fightcolorectalcancer.org/](http://fightcolorectalcancer.org/)
 * This weekend I deleted close to 90% bogus leads, all of them using email address
   that didn’t match the name submitted and the STATE field filled in with something
   odd like from a form filler.
 * The “fly-out” form is on most of our pages now which is the source of most of
   the spam created accounts. The “fly-out” looks like a “strong arm” logo and is
   orange in color on the left side. I’m using the WordPress-to-Lead for Salesforce
   CRM plug-in to create this form and the built in CAPTCHA.
 * Appreciate any help.
 * Michael
