 * I use the free version as well. Perhaps you should check for an update.
 * Indeed, but there was a link provided, which says – the “same problem” only occurs
   on the same server, hardware, WordPress version and plugin.
 * Obviously, the “same problem” can happen on different hardware/software – but
   with the same plugin used. Amazingly 😉

 * As my previous post was deleted as it is not allowed, to have “the same problem”,
   i am repeating the solution, which was also deleted!
 * To solve your issue, go to WP-Admin -> Knowledge Base -> Configuration -> Tools-
   > Tab ‘Other’.
   At “Category Slug” enter “Kategorie” into it and hit Save.
 * With that, it will be saved and your problem should be gone 😉
