 * Thanks for helping out! Here are the result after enable the Troubleshooting 
   mode with only active the woocommerce plugin:

 * Seem like it working fine. Is it mean there are some plugins affected? Btw where
   can I active the theme while using Troubleshooting mode?

 * Thanks for your reply. Here are the steps to found the error:
 * 1. After selected the product, go to checkout page
    2. Change Billing country
   to Malaysia

 * 3. Go back to the “View Cart” page and the problem show up
