 * what do you mean exactly? inserting news coming from a wordpress-powered blog
   in to another page on another web site? or something different?

 * I’ve done something like this, i’ve used as “muse” the code from imagesafari.
   com, made some big changes.
    No pbroblem to contribute it to you, but it is somehow
   hardwired in to my blog and making it available would not me such of use. are
   there docs that explain how to code plugins for WP? then I could transform it
   from the form it is now to something more useful for everyone.

 * I have a similar problem with comments on [my blog](http://cortesi.com/blog/).
   they are in italian and they use characters with accents like àèìòù.
    well, if
   I add a post from the public area of the blog, they get encoded not the right
   way which is & egrave ; and so on, but they get encoded as error chars like if
   they were encoded from another charset into ASCII, just like the example you 
   show above. But, if I add a comment from within the admin area, they get encoded
   correctly.
