 * I’ve written a function to remove the class that is working for us.
 * Based on all my testing it does appear like it is coming from this plugin, but
   we’ve got things fixed up on our end.

 * I can also confirm that swapping themes to the “Genesis Block Theme” does not
   restore those labels or remove the “Screen-reader-text” class.
 * I’ve also “RESET” the shipping fields in WooCommerce checkout manager and that
   has not changed anything.
 * Finally, I tried to re-install this plugin. But that also had no change.
 * So far the only thing that removes that class from those labels is deactivating
   the checkout manager plugin entirely.

 * Hey [@thelmachido](https://wordpress.org/support/users/thelmachido/),
 * That video was removed as we tracked things down.
 * The issue was not specifically related to Classic Editor, but rather the “SELECT
   wp_sorb_users.ID,wp_sorb_users.user_login,wp_sorb_users.display_name
   FROM wp_sorb_users
   INNER JOIN wp_sorb_usermeta ON ( wp_sorb_users.ID = wp_sorb_usermeta.user_id )
   INNER JOIN wp_sorb_usermeta AS mt? ON ( wp_sorb_users.ID = mt?.user_id )” db
   query.
 * That issue went away when we deactivated Classic Editor as the Gutenberg editor
   does not try to pull in the author list on the post screen.
 * The Classic Editor plugin was a false alarm, however, it did help us track down
   and optimize that slow query.
 * Thanks so much!

 * Hey [@jordesign](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jordesign/)
 * Thanks for the follow up!
 * I hadn’t gone *as* extensively as you highlighted in my testing yesterday, however,
   I have this morning.
 * I switched our dev site to the 2020 theme. Deactivated ALL plugins other than
   Classic Editor and ran my tests.
 * With the Default 2020 Theme and only Classic Editor active if I click the “Add
   New Post” button it takes ~30 seconds to load the new post page, and ~45-60 seconds
   to actually publish the post when I click “Publish.”
 * If I make no other changes other than turning off the Classic Editor plugin and
   I click the “Add New Post” button it takes ~2 seconds to load the new post page,
   and ~1 second to actually publish the post when I click “Publish”
 * I have a video that shows the giant spike in New Relic when the Classic Editor
   plugin is active and I try to create a post, versus the negligible impact we
   see in New Relic when the Classic Editor plugin is not active.
 * That video does provide a stack trace for both tests in New Relic, however, I’m
   a little hesitant to supply backend screenshots / videos on a public forum.
 * Is there a private way I can pass that to you?
 * One last test I ran as I was finishing typing this response: We **were** on WP
   version 6.1.1 when I ran all of the referenced tests and filmed that video.
 * Just to rule it out I did update WordPress to 6.2.
 * I see the same behavior when running the same tests on WP 6.2.
 * Thanks so much!

 * Hey Guys,
 * I’m chiming in here as I’m seeing the same issue.
 * When we update the Freshdesk plugin to version 2.3 our integration breaks and
   we see the script text displayed at the bottom of our site.
 * We were able to fix this issue and restore the chat by rolling the plugin back
   to version 2.2 via FTP.
 * Please let us know when this error has been fixed.
 * Thanks so much!

 * Good Morning Guys,
 * I’ve got one more issue to report here.
 * I tested how the variable versions of the products appear in the product catalog,
   and if there are SKU’s set in the variations, but there is NOT an SKU set in
   the “nFusion Solutions Catalog Integration” field the product appears in the
   catalog without any price: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/o1oorgnh2yf7wml/No%20Pricing%20Appears%20in%20Catalog.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/o1oorgnh2yf7wml/No%20Pricing%20Appears%20in%20Catalog.png?dl=0)
 * However, if there is an SKU set in the “nFusion Solutions Catalog Integration”
   field ONLY that price appears in the product catalog: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/v52n0f7iio7ho1l/Only%20Main%20Option%20Appears.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/v52n0f7iio7ho1l/Only%20Main%20Option%20Appears.png?dl=0)
 * Is there a way we can adjust that so the pricing in the catalog appears as a
   range of the variations prices, like the standard WooCommerce functionality per
   their screenshot here: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/w8glvf3pkv6it2x/Woo%20Default%20Variation%20Pricing%20in%20Catalog.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/w8glvf3pkv6it2x/Woo%20Default%20Variation%20Pricing%20in%20Catalog.png?dl=0)
 * Like my last report, if there is a way I can privately share a link I am happy
   to share a video documenting that behavior!
 * Thanks so much!

 * Hey Guys,
 * Thanks a ton for this update!
 * I was testing things with a variable product this morning, and there does appear
   to be one small issue here.
 * I can setup a variable product and each of the prices are different when I add
   the variations to the cart, however, no price appears on the product page when
   I select a variation.
 * This screenshot shows the blank pricing section on the product, despite a variation
   being chosen: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/hese9xi6ctz93ex/Variation%20Price%20Doesnt%20Show%20On%20Product.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/hese9xi6ctz93ex/Variation%20Price%20Doesnt%20Show%20On%20Product.png?dl=0)
 * It doesn’t matter which variation is chosen, none show the price on the product
   page.
 * That said, when I add the variations to my cart. On the cart and checkout pages
   I am shown the correct price, per this screenshot: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/mzi8kfbkk2vjgcc/Variations%20Show%20Correct%20Prices%20in%20Cart.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/mzi8kfbkk2vjgcc/Variations%20Show%20Correct%20Prices%20in%20Cart.png?dl=0)
 * The above example is for an instance where the product does NOT have anything
   entered in the main “nFusion Solutions Catalog Integration” field. The SKU’s
   are ONLY entered in the variations.
 * If, in addition the SKU Variations I do add an SKU to the “nFusion Solutions
   Catalog Integration” field then ONLY that main price shows on the single product.
   It does not matter which of the variations I’ve chosen, on the product page I
   will ONLY see the price of the product with the SKU entered in the “nFusion Solutions
   Catalog Integration” field. Per the following screenshot: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/doyqxbj2vrrtngr/Incorrect%20Price%20for%20Variation%203.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/doyqxbj2vrrtngr/Incorrect%20Price%20for%20Variation%203.png?dl=0)
 * Is there a way we can adjust things so that the variation price is properly pulled
   and shows in the “Price” field on the single product page?
 * If you need more information about my tests please just let me know! If there’s
   a way I can privately share a link I’m happy to film a video documenting what
   we’re seeing.
 * Thanks so much!

 * Good Morning [@robert681](https://wordpress.org/support/users/robert681/)
 * I apologize for the delayed response here! I did not get the email notification
   I would’ve expected form WordPress.
 * I appreciate you reaching out to the Freemius team for us here!
 * As far as what I mean by “Large Offender:”
 * WP Engine (where our site is hosted) recommends we have the WP Options DB Autoloaded
   data under 800k bytes. When we first started cleaning things up we were at 2.8m
   bytes. So quite a bit over.
 * We were able to turn off options of sizes: 470k bytes (a HUGE offender), 250k
   bytes, 245k bytes. etc. Since that cleanup started we have gotten it down to
   990k bytes, so we are getting close.
 * They were all relatively common options (from and old Woo POS plugin and Yoast),
   however, because of the rather large size (and age) of our site (it’s a very
   active ecommerce store) those options tables grew very large.
 * At this point, our “largest offender” in table size is that fs_accounts table
   coming in at 101,493 bytes.
 * If it is safe to turn off that options table autoloading we will get much closer
   to our goal here!
 * If you need any more information from me on that “large offender” language please
   just let me know!
 * Thanks so much!

 * Do you guys have any idea when that feature will be re-enabled?
 * Selling subscriptions is a very large part of one of our sites using it, and
   the fact that the option simply disappeared, without any reference in the changelog,
   is a little alarming.
 * I don’t believe we should need to visit the support forums to discover that this

 * Good Morning Guys,
 * I took a look at our events today and we’re once again seeing the deduplication
   error for one of our purchase events: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/017ftybzl8tour5/Purchase%20Event%20Pixel%20Issue%20Back.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/017ftybzl8tour5/Purchase%20Event%20Pixel%20Issue%20Back.png?dl=0)
 * I just want to confirm that our next steps for testing this should be adding
   the following code:
 * add_filter( ‘facebook_for_woocommerce_integration_pixel_enabled’, ‘__return_false’);
 * Then re-inserting the Facebook Pixel via one of the Typical FB Pixel plugins
   like: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/official-facebook-pixel/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/official-facebook-pixel/)
 * Please just let me know if I need to do / prep anything else to run that test!
 * Thanks so much,
