 * Hi Thanks for getting back.
 * I understand that adding the short code displays the functionality and count 
   in the post itself, I was referring to the post excerpt when listing the posts.
   The post rating count, like adding to the meta maybe.
 * Any advice would be great.

   count to a post list?
