I dont have composer at all on the site, this is a managed wordpress install and all I did was install the yoast test plugin as instructed above. In this specific usage it seems to strip away all content, therefore resulting in 0 minutes. I did WC()->cart->calculate_totals(); and now i get the discounts available on the WC()->cart object. The server is the same – it’s a live website, actually. When accessing the backend on this website, the behavior changes, and $_GET parameter gets inverted, according to my or my client’s computer.
