 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your quick response. I read the article you referred me to, but
   I don’t have the file .maintenance so i don’t have anything to delete.
 * I contacted again the theme support and they said that when going to duplicator/
   tools/diagnostics/php information under http_cookie and under _SERVER[“HTTP_COOKIE”]
   you can see
 * “wordpress_test_cookie=WP+Cookie+check; of_current_opt=%23of-option-maintenancemode;
   wp-settings-1=libraryContent%3Dbrowse; wp-settings-time-1=148232385”
 * so the maintenance mode was caused by the duplicator plugin.
 * I am really not interested whose fault it is, I only want and need to fix this
   issue, and appreciate any help.
