In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Sticky headerI got pretty much what I wanted with your support and I am happy with what we have done for now.
I can’t install the new version yet as I am not much of a tech-savvy but I am really looking forward to trying it when it’s complete and you recommend it to people like me.
I tried different table plugins in the last 7 years but none are as easy to use and light on the website. It’s amazon how your plugin doesn’t reduce the speed and performance of the website.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Sticky headerI just did, the header doesn’t stick to the table on mobile but it scrolls fine and the page is not broken.
If it’s not possible to have a sticky scrolling header on the mobile, I am pretty happy to where we got it.
Thank you for the awesome plugin and for the exceptional support!

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Sticky headerThanks a lot!!!!
I unchecked the “Defer JS” for this post and it is now working.
On the mobile screen, the table scrolls horizontally but the header is fixed (part of the header is invisible). Is there a solution for that too?

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Sticky headerThanks Tobias, I went ahead and installed the “fixedheader” plugin.
I tried the following shortcode, it seems to be working perfectly in the backend (when I am logged in to the website) but when I log out to visit the page as a visitor, the header doesn’t stick.
[table id=217 responsive=scroll datatables_fixedheader=top datatables_fixedheader_offsettop=85 /]
I also tried without the “responsive=scroll” and it didn’t work when logged out of the WordPress Dashboard.
is there anything I can do to fix this?
Thanks a lot

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Sticky headerThanks a lot for the code
I need to have the responsive=scroll because otherwise, the width of the page breaks on smaller screens. If I add the “fixheader” plugin, will I be able to keep the table scrolling? Or is there a way to have a sticky header on the bigger screens but a non-sticky header for small screens?
Thanks again
I just updated the Siteground Security Plugin and I received the following error.
Can you please tell me if it hurts the site performance and if I should remove the plugin?
Thanks a lot for the clear guidance! I followed the steps and everything went smooth. Hopefully I won’t get the notification again and if I do, I will consider the Premium version so you can take a closer look.
Can I delete the Yoast Test plugin or I should keep it active?
Thank you
Thanks a lot!
Thanks for getting back!!
I often try to ignore it or just run the optimization but the fact that it appears so often makes me think if Yoast SEO is changing the rewrites?
I use a few plugins and non of them have the ability to change permalinks or rewrites (as far as I know).

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] How to reset the table heightThanks a lot Tobias, it worked

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] How to reset the table heightThanks a lot, Tobias, removed the spaces and the issue is resolved!!!
On another note, could you please tell me how to add a shadow around the table (top, bottom, right and left side) so it would stand out a little bit?
I wish I never built my website with this plugin. It is slow (I have a dedicated server, Elementor Hello Theme, and 6 other plugins) and to get some of the most basic options such as a Mega Menu, I have to buy additional Elementor Add-ons.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Facing a million redirectsI never published one article with the category slug in the URL because, on the very first day, I enabled the Yoast option to remove the category. So, no post was ever published on my website with the slug “category”.
Somehow it was added and then removed with a 301 redirect and the only plugin that has the ability to do that is the Yoast. Several times, I remember getting notification from Yoast that the permalink has changed and I thought it was false but in the end it was actually Yoast that dropped the ball (brought back the category slug in the URL and then removed it again).
Since your “remove category slug” is unreliable, you should have removed this option. This way, I would have found a different way to do this.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Facing a million redirectsI think you didn’t understand the issue here?
Your plugin changed my permalink, brought the prefix “category” in the URL and then removed it and created a redirect. What is there to do to resolve this????
If you are willing to find a solution rather than blaming the theme or selling me your plugin, let me know. Otherwise don’t waste my time.
Since a couple of months back I started receiving Yoast notification giving false notice about change in permalink structure, over and over.
(Because of a change in your permalink structure, some of your SEO data needs to be reprocessed)
Using Yoast was a mistake and I swear if I could afford I would have sued you for changing permalinks on a live website. This has ruined my website and years of my hard work.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] False notice about change in permalink structureWhat resolve? I was getting the same notification over and over (multiple times). Now I get a million redirects on Google Webmaster showing how every category is being redirected from let’s say category/bikes/ to /bikes/ without the prefix “category” which I removed with Yoast when I created the website.
Your plugin changed my Permalinks structure and now I am on the last page of Google. Yoast should be sued.
