Not admins, not editors – nobody. * Does this functionality work? From the documentation it definitely _seems_ like someone is going to be notified when someone posts something that is ‘pending review’, but i really have no idea since it just doesn’t work for me. * Also, what is the difference between whether or not an entry has been ‘submitted’ or not.
