   just what automatically happens, it is the default setting and I am not sure 
   where to look to find the code for it

   you that worked for the when in edit mode but not in view mode to click the edit
   button it is still at the bottom of the page. Thank you!

 * Also I should make it clear that I want to change where the edit button is on
   all of my profile tabs so that when users edit a form on their profile page from
   the front end the edit button is at the top and not at the bottom of the page.
