 * I seemed to locate the problem. I went to _WooCommerce > Settings > Pages_ and
   I had both woocommerce_checkout and woocommerce_pay directing to the checkout
   page.
 * So I created a new page (not sure what happened to the old one) with the shortcode[
   woocommerce_pay] and directed the woocommerce_pay (parent check out) to this 
   page. And the checkout works fine now.
 * I still have one small problem… the checkout button is not translated into Dutch
   anymore. It used to be called Afrekenen. Can I change this myself somewhere. 
   I have the plugin Woocommerce (NL) installed but this doesn’t seem to help.

 * I changed the capitalization and it saved the changes. Now that you mention it,
   I do have another account on wordpress.org.
 * Is it possible to delete the other account? I already tried changing the email
   address on the other account but I’m still not able to use it on this account.

 * I also updated to Woocommerce 1.4.1 and the checkout is not working anymore. 
   I’m using the Wootique theme 1.2. Also the checkout button is not translated 
   into Dutch anymore. It used to be called _Afrekenen_.

 * I have the same problem. I don’t think it’s possible to delete the state field
   without editing the php files.
