 * is not Divi. After some tests on multiple websites,thre appear to be 2 extensions
   that are causing the problem. WP-MEMBERS and MENU ICONS. i will report when i
   get chance.

 * i have the logs all the way back to ~28Oct and i dont see even one reference 
   to connect.squareup.com I can send them to you if you give me an email address?
 * (edit) NOTE: These are the raw access logs. I dont think there are firewall logs
   available. I asked and this is the links they gave me.

 * ALso, best i can tell this has occurred twice while someone was making a purchase.
   They were able to submit their CC info but got an error when pressing NEXT and
   WooComm would report a FAILED process. Other times users would see no CC input
   form in the Checkout Cart.

 * Yup this is definitely the culprit – at least on this install. I was able to 
   clean out all the Binlog files and get this working again. After a few rounds
   of Nuking, im back to about 8GB of these BinLog files. Also, i was able to fix
   the crashed tables using phpMyAdmin. I’d say beware of using this utility…

 * ok there is NO wp_mails (or wp_wpml_mails) table. I guess thats the problem. 
   so i deleted the Plugin and re-installed and still no wp_mails table. Ideas? 
   I thought maybe it would create the table upon first email but no table created
   and i got the error again.

 * i am using a child theme but somehow the header.php wasnt loading. i deleted 
   and created a new one and now it is working. Ive tried a few different settings
   but not having much constraining the display to the right half of the div. i 
   will play around with some margin settings and let you know how it turns out.
   thanks for pointing out the problem with the child theme.
