For weekly events, it takes the local day (number) and subtracts that from the UTC day (number) and shifts the day of the week by that difference. * In my case, the local day and the UTC day differ by 1 when the time of the event is late enough in the evening that the UTC date is early the next morning. * What I do not understand is why it is doing this shift in the first place. Lunarpages, my hosting company, did confirm that I am on of their servers running CentOS 4 which has the older OpenSSL Library. I am seeing the very same issue on a Lunarpages site.
