 * Whoops, I meant spanish as Order #1 (just under english). Also, I do not have
   language as a bulk edit activity (or I don’t know how to use it or find it). 
   That would have been an easy option too.

 * Same here. Added plugin, all my english content was only under the spanish language.
   No posts, pages etc under english. You cannot delete polylang (probably because
   some root files/code were created. So used tools to remove polylang files/content
   then deactivated it then deleted it. Also cleared my cache just in case. Reloaded
   polylang, no languages installed….great. Then created english. Order…0 which 
   I assume is default. Then added Spanish as order #2. Then a notice pops up at
   the top of the screen that there is content without a language. Do you want to
   use the default? Yes. Then all my content is back under english. Done. Ready 
   to translate each page/post/comment etc in spanish.
