I didn’t notice any problems. * I tried to do the same procedure on another site. On version 4.9.5, the same problem with name auto-change. I rolled back your plugin to version 4.9.0 and installed the WP Super Cache caching plugin. The result is good – they work well together. I rolled back to the previous v4.9.0. As far as I can see, there is no such problem in version 4.9.0. The names of both the style and the script no longer change: style – cb70d11b8.min.css script – cb70d11b8. min.js * Information about the system on the site (if necessary): WordPress 5.8.1, PHP 8.0.10. * I did the same on a local server (localhost) and checked in different browsers. There is no such problem in version 4.9.0 either. The plugin has such an option in the Tools section. But only scripts can be made inline. Plugin styles can only be made inline if you set all Elementor styles inline (instead of an external CSS file).
