To do that, I downloaded the version 4.6 plugin via this link: * [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/contact-form-7.4.6.zip](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/contact-form-7.4.6.zip) * You just have to upload the content of the plugin using an FTP client in the folder dedicated to the plugin (/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7). * It works for me.
