A screenshot would be really great. Are you using a single WordPress site or MultiSite? Also, please rest assured that you’re entitled for a full refund in case we’re not able to have you get the functionality you were desiring. * In the vast majority of cases, it’s another plugin that’s conflicting with ours. Would you please disable all other plugins and try? Also, it’s sometimes a conflict with the current theme you’re using. Just keep adding menu items regularly in the WordPress menu editor and then choose this menu from our setting page. I am not sure why additional tabs won’t appear after doing that, but it might very well be the theme that you’re using. * Hope this helps. Would you please try temporarily disabling all plugins and see if this fixes anything? Here are a couple of suggestions: * a. Did you have the free version of our plugin installed earlier? If so, make sure that this version is completely removed from your system, and that the active plugin is the Pro version. * b. What happens when you try creating a completely new menu from scratch, other than the one you’ve already created?
