Sometimes BuddyPress decided not to display the items in the toolbar menu, and we have no idea why. We’ve tried really hard to trace through BuddyPress’ own code but couldn’t reach anything. * What I’d recommend is to try and play around with a brand new fresh WordPress installation on your machine. You don’t have permalinks enabled. * 2. You’ve added Buddy Press’ own menu items to your WordPress custom menu, which isn’t supported.
