 * Hi katinkaspirituality. The cookie bar on your site seems to work ok for me. 
   The Cookie bar disappears if I click the ☒.

 * Which version of PHP are you using? Is it older than 5.3? If so, please try upgrading
   to a more recent version of PHP.

 * Thanks for this. I have made some changes for this in version 1.2. It should 
   now work with the fixed position header in TwentyFourteen. Please let me know
   if you have any further problems with it.

 * Sorry to disappoint, but this is a feature not a bug. It is deliberate that the
   cookie message is displayed on only the first page visited. There are other plugins
   that provide a message bar that persists across multiple page views, if you want
   to force the user to dismiss it before it disappears.

 * For anyone looking to test the cookie information bar, I find it easiest to test
   via opening the site in a New Private Window (Firefox) or New Incognito Window(
   Chrome). That way the site loads without any cookies being sent and you’ll see
   what a visitor sees the first time they visit the site.

 * Hi Bjorn. I have upgraded to version 1.6.1 and the problem is now fixed for me.
   I can’t re-create the problem on a fresh install, so I think it’s working fine
   now. Thank you.

   is still broken though. The line has changed, but it still has the `new:"empty"`
   in it, and it still causes an error for me in IE8.

 * The shortcode takes a `limit` argument. Perhaps you could set that to something
   sufficiently high so that all your posts are included within the first page? 
   Something like:
 * `[faq faq_topic="topic-slug" limit="1000"]`
